WHS Helper

For ease of use, the Online WHS System has a step-by-step tool called the WHS Helper to guide and train you on how to set up and use the system’s functions and features.

The WHS Helper is available to anyone who logs in with a username and password.

Implementation and Onboarding Package

WHS Systems offers an optional Implementation and Onboarding Package where our specialised Customer Success Team support and assist your business through the implementation of your system.

This package is a one-off fee of 25% of your first year subscription price. Contact us or book a demonstration for more information on pricing.

 

What’s included in the Implementation and Onboarding Package?

1. Initiation

The Customer Success Team will work directly with you and your management team to:

  • Understand your business operations and structures
  • Understand your pain/focus points for implementing the Online WHS System
  • Determine and establish objectives and goals for the initial and ongoing roll out of your system; and
  • Assist with Implementation progress and resources

2. Data

The Customer Success (CS) Team will request to obtain your data and assist with uploading your data into your Online WHS System.

The CS Team will distribute a ‘Starter Kit’ in the form of an excel spreadsheet as a guideline on what data is required from you to set up your system.

They will also organise sharepoints (i.e. Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive) with you for ease of document sharing and distribution.

3. Activities

The Customer Success (CS) Team will organise a series of meetings with you and your management teams to assist with:

  • Digitising and streamlining your end-user and management processes through the functions of the Online WHS System
  • Training management users of the system to understand where your data is set up and provide cupport in how to utilise areas of the system based off your pain/focus points
  • Deliver maximised utilisation of your focus areas of the system for initial roll-out; and
  • Reviewing areas of utilisation of the system against uploaded data and provide advice on maximising your use of the system’s functions and features

4. Review

The Customer Success (CS) Team will undergo a series of reviews throughout your use of the Online WHS System to systematically build out and expand your utilisation of the system.

To practice continuous improvement within our business and yours, the WHS Systems CS Team endeavour to support your business through the inital roll-out of your initial objectives and discuss further opportunities to expand your use and understanding of your system.
