Pricing of Online WHS Systems and WHS Systems support

WHS Systems are pleased to offer upfront, transparent pricing for the supply of our consultancy services, Online WHS Systems and Contractor Management Portal.

We only ask that when you compare our costs to other software solutions, all comparative quotes cover:

- - all employees you’ve requested.
  - all functionality you have requested.
  - full implementation and support.

The below quote covers is for complete access to the software, including all modules and all employees having the access you set. The first years subscription includes our implementation process which you can read about here.

Additional costs, including in person training, SMS’s, Card Printing and Additional Custom BI reports are outlined on the additional costs page.

Premium Contractor Support

Online WHS Systems comes with a Standard Contractor Module (Contractor Register) or you can manage contractors via our new Premium Contractor Module (the Contractor Management Portal or “CMP”). Each option is priced separately in the Calculator below.

The Standard Contractor Module keeps a record of the contracting companies insurances, general policies and procedures.
The Premium Contractor Module can be fully customised with requirements for both the contracting company and contracting employees. These requirements can be passed through to subcontractors, providing you with full visibility on all companies and workers entering your site. Each Company is provided with their own portal/ system for keeping your information up to date.

Both processes can be used concurrently depending on the profile of your contractor and risks associated with the work undertaken.

WHS Systems is flexible in that it may offer a variety of discounts for larger companies, companies with a large percentage of office based workers or none for profit businesses as the company sees fit from time to time.

Year one costs includes implementation via our customer success programme.
Changes in staff levels will affect your annual subscription.
Minimum lock in term for any subscription is twelve (12) months.

WHS Systems holds the right to charge an additional pro rata amount should theses levels increase significantly throughout the year.

Implementation:

Implementation is included on all new systems, it includes the upload of your data as well as a series of training and goal setting sessions. Please take note and review our “What is included in the Implementation cost versus extra Consultancy” page so you can understand what is included within this package and any extra costs involved.

We go to great length to ensure that every client who joins us get’s off to the right start.

We preload each new system with the clients information (provided to us in excel format) as well as a series of online one on one training sessions to get you trained up and using the system correctly.
